Dating Singles Support Group

A fortnightly closed group for those looking to improve their self awareness around early dating/online dating and relationships. Dating can be a very challenging time as we are often at our most vulnerable, with the right mindset, it can also be a time to gain deep insights and clarity as to the behavioural patterns we bring into our relational dynamics. This group will be a mixture of psychoeducation, support and interpersonal process geared to help its participants learn how to have happier healthier relationships.
