Artful Retreats see www.artfulRetreats.com
Online or Face to Face Retreats facilitated by international art therapists Penelope Orphanoudaki and Romny Vandoros. These regular online and Greek retreats are based on art therapy principles focusing on mental health and well-being. Within these multicultural groups, participants will be gently guided through simple creative exercises to access thoughts, feelings and memories. The groups will witness each participant’s creativity and how it relates to their individual life experience. The power of the group as witness also expands participants’ gentle understanding of themselves. No prior art making experience necessary. Personalised Art Kit gifted to you.
