Our Support Group is a 6-week, closed group (maximum 8 participants) offering a compassionate, trauma-informed space to help you find your footing. In this safe, non-judgmental environment, we focus on understanding your unique journey. Over six weeks, we explore essential themes like "grief brain," navigating identity changes, and maintaining continuing bonds with your loved one. Together, we build resilience and connection, proving that while grief is a solitary experience, you do not have to walk it alone.
