Do you find yourself easily triggered, anxious, or shut down — and wish you could feel more calm, steady, and connected? These gentle Monday evening workshops are designed to help you understand and work with your nervous system, so you can move out of stress and reactivity and return to a sense of safety and balance more easily. Drawing on the beautiful work of Deb Dana, Polyvagal Theory, and nature-based therapy, each session offers simple, practical ways to soothe a dysregulated nervous system.
