Online or Face to Face Retreats facilitated by international art therapists Penelope Orphanoudaki and Romny Vandoros. These regular online and Greek retreats are based on art therapy principles focusing on mental health and well-being. Within these multicultural groups, participants will be gently guided through simple creative exercises to access thoughts, feelings and memories. The groups will witness each participant’s creativity and how it relates to their individual life experience. ArtFull Therapy Adult Group - ZOOM platform
A closed, mixed adult online group comprised of people from around the world interested in creative expression for better self-understanding and mental wellbeing. Sessions run 3 Tuesdays a month for 1.5 hours. You will require your own art materials. Creativity and Connection are key to this group. No prior art making experience is necessary, but a willingness to have a go. Essential to joining this group is a commitment to attend regularly for the safety, healthy functioning and cohesion of the group.
