Research on self compassion has shown that it boosts happiness and wellbeing, and is effective in reducing anxiety, depression, self criticism and shame. Learn to: Befriend your inner critic; Develop skills of self compassion to manage difficult emotions including shame; and Foster goodwill towards yourself and others.
