This Group provides a supportive, structured environment to learn practical tools for navigating life's challenges. we will cover the four core pillars of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. You will learn how to stay present and grounded in the moment. Techniques to tolerate distress without making the situation worse. Strategies to understand and regulate your emotions. Skills to communicate effectively and maintain healthy relationships. Medicare rebates are available for each session attended.
