My name is Zoi and i am psychologist with over 30yrs experience. I specialize in working with adults, and adolescents. I have completed a Masters in Psychology specializing in Counselling and more recently a Graduate diploma in Hypnosis . I have experience working across the lifespan and have worked in community settings with presenting issues such as addictions, depression, grief, anxiety and trauma . I believe the importance of reconnecting to our true selves that have been diminished by years of trauma. I’m passionate about working with people of all ages to help them reconnect with their own special resources .
Through working holistically with clients, i tailor my approach to their individual needs. My main therapeutic approaches are mindfulness/mediation, hypnosis , inner child work , and , I believe in holistic health, how everything we ingest and digest both physically, emotionally and spiritually impact on our wellbeing .
