My focus is to help individuals develop their inner strengths, create resources, find balance and rekindle their passion for life. I am interested in meeting people from all walks of life and will treat a number of mental health challenges and relationship issues. I have a special interest and background in supporting women through motherhood. Destructive self-beliefs and turmoil in intimate relationships can create depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking and actions, lack of motivation, ambivalence, guilt, shame and anger. By co-creating a healthy therapeutic relationship we enable you to engage dynamically in the world.
I provide individual therapy sessions in person and online. Throughout the year I also offer group therapy sessions and retreats. I have a strong and passionate skillset for journeying with women as they transition through big changes. I'm also supportive of anyone who feels invisible and uncelebrated through life's challenges and milestones.
What is your true essence? Are you eager to discover what lies hidden in the stories of the past and future? What is your natural state? Who are you when raw, wild and free? I welcome your humanness, your depression, self-criticism, communication barriers, uncertainty & inertia, overwhelm & shutdown, grief/loss, transitions and trauma.

Supporting Mothers
A group is a safe and familiar space to explore patterns and life themes by developing and deepening interpersonal relationships. It is a learning potential that offers multiple perspectives and relational experiences. Through an interactive process, which is often intimate, shared wisdom is imparted between members. This dynamic can build belonging and connection by examining isolation and kinship.
