www.objectivepsychology.com.au - I consider my approach to my clients as warm, understanding, compassionate, and client-centred. I try to focus on empowering the individual and providing tools to help improve resilience and overall emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I also try to bring in an element of humour and wit, often with a different perspective than many would expect in a traditional therapy session. I use an evidence based, scientific approach to help my clients first to understand what they are dealing with, and then to try and improve their lives in the most efficacious way.
I specialise in the neurodevelopmental area - supporting and assessing those with ADHD, Autism spectrum Disorder, and learning disabilities. I also support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, often for high performing individuals. I try to bring lived experience in each of these areas, making my approach personal and effective for you!
We are all learning and doing our best to get through our daily lives. I try to go above and beyond for each person I interact with, and I consider it an honour when someone reaches out to me for support.
