I’m Yukti, a registered psychologist working with adults. My practice is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and connection, and I hold a strong belief that therapy is most powerful when it feels human, relational, and safe.
I work with people who are navigating body image concerns, disordered eating/eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, trauma, interactional patterns, or are simply trying to make sense of who they are in times of change.
I approach therapy holistically, supporting the mind, body, and emotions together. I bring evidence-based tools with a commitment for making space for realness, reflection and meaning making.
My clinical practices include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
My clients would describe me as warm, easy going and empathetic. My practice is guided by genuine care for my clients. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental, and welcoming space for anyone needed care and support.
