Hello, my name is Helen and I have extensive experience working with adults who are living with the impact of trauma, as well as those struggling with the stressors of daily life in the modern world.
Introducing Lesley Wight (Telehealth Counselling)
Lesley is a warm, compassionate, and highly experienced counsellor known for her non-judgemental and person-centred approach. With a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education (Guidance and Counselling), she brings over 25 years of experience working with children, young people, and families across both clinical and educational settings.
Helen and Lesley have both supported individuals through difficult stages of life for many years and utilise a number of approaches to individualise the response to clients, making interventions that are person centred around their needs.
We understand that it is a big decision to enter a counselling space where difficult and uncomfortable thoughts and feelings can be addressed.
