I am a clinical and forensically endorsed Asian male psychologist with over 10 years of experience. Offering treatments including EMDR to help clients clarify what’s truly important and meaningful to them through therapy or life coaching to learn skills that help handle difficult thoughts and feelings more effectively, so it doesn’t get in the way of us doing the things that we find important. I have helped clients treat and manage their mental health, improve their relationships, face crisis situations, change unhelpful behaviours and better cope with difficult thoughts and emotions, to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Areas that we may work together on may include EMDR for trauma, work cover, issues around work place stress and burnout, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, family upbringing, anger management, procrastination, addiction and much more. I have immediate availability on Saturdays in Croydon both in person or through telehealth.
When faced with pain, distress, or other unpleasant experiences we often act in unhelpful ways which leads to further feelings of guilt, shame, self-judgment, and thoughts of being a failure leading to more of the same unhelpful actions that continues this cycle. My purpose is to help clients step out of these unhelpful patterns and improve their lives.

A valid referral for a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP rebates $141.85 per session up to 10 sessions per calendar year resulting in out-of-pocket cost of $109.15 per session. DVA, BUPA-ADF and work cover referrals are also accepted.
