Feeling Stressed, Stuck, Worn Down, or Shut Off? Support is available to help navigate stress, burnout, unresolved trauma, difficult family dynamics and emotional overload — even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. I also provide confidential services coaching professionals prepare for interviews, exams and other high stress events such as medical specialisation, fellowship and viva exams. Catering for those with a busy schedule with in person sessions offered on Saturdays in Croydon (Sydney Inner West) or flexibly with telehealth throughout the week. Workcover, CTP and SIRA referrals are also accepted.
I am a clinical and forensic psychologist with years of experience supporting clients through trauma, work place injuries, performance anxiety, burnout, relationship conflicts and emotional challenges. The work is evidence-based and paced to suit your comfort, including EMDR. You won’t be rushed, judged, or told how to feel — just supported.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about making room for you. Room to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and find ways forward that feel solid and real.
