I work with individuals and couples seeking support for a wide range of concerns. These can include harm or trauma in childhood or intimate relationships due to, but not limited to, affairs and betrayal, abuse and violence, distance and disconnection, conflict and communication difficulties, and negative long-standing patterns with psychological impacts of anger, fear, distress, anxiety, and self-doubt. I also work with individuals via Employment Assistance Program (EAP) if applicable.
I have 25 years of experience and knowledge in working with people, predominately in the domestic violence and trauma area with women, men and couples. I have had many life experiences and I am a compassionate and mature woman who can work with whatever is important to you, and to the depth you want with whatever you discover in the counselling process.
