I have experience working therapeutically with people from many different backgrounds, mental health concerns and life experiences in a client-centered way.
Therapeutic approaches I use include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Exposure Therapy, Schema Therapy and others.
