I work with all age groups but I specialise in children and young people. My areas of expertise are anxiety and overwhelm, social issues, self esteem issues, neurodiversity and trauma.
This is a safe space. Therapy is for everybody and every body! My human-centred therapeutic approach is built on gentleness, kindness, non-judgment and building a connection with my clients to work through problems together.
