I have a particular focus on Anxiety, Relationship difficulties, and Trauma. Many of my clients also present with social anxiety, depression or panic attacks. I use Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as my primary modalities. In my free time I like to go skiing and hiking and am currently obtaining my private pilot licence.
