Women Assist is a professional counselling and psychotherapy service that supports all people who identify as women with their mental health and well-being. We are a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive service, offering counselling and psychotherapy via telephone or online video platform.
Our counsellors are both culturally aware and sensitive women. They are experts in providing assistance, identifying issues, exploring options, and developing strategies for healing & increasing self-awareness.
For many women, just the process of telling their story and being listened to is helpful. We are passionate supporters of women’s mental health & wellbeing, and we are always ready to support those ready to explore their thoughts, feelings & behavioural patterns.
