We all experience struggle at times, it's something we have in common with each other, but we can also feel very alone in our pain and life challenges. Feeling heard, being seen and genuinely understood by a compassionate person is such a healing and valuable experience. My own journey to find helpful therapy and a relatable therapist has been difficult and frustrating at times. When I was younger I found myself turning to the company and companionship of animals to find a safe and comfortable place for healing. Today, my work as a psychotherapist means a lot to me, working together with people in support of health and wellbeing.
I specialise in working with trauma, chronic pain, post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression and general life challenges. I offer in person/online room based therapy (in Unley) and horse partnered experiences (in Oakbank) to learn directly from nature on themes like; boundary setting, communication, embodiment, congruence, relationship skill and connection.
My work is person centred and client led, a good therapeutic fit is important to me, so I offer a 30 min complimentary meet and greet. I offer in person and online sessions, at two locations; in an office at Unley and on the farm at Oakbank.
