I'm Will, a registered psychologist practicing at Inner Dimension Psychology Kelvin Grove. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, addictions, adolescent mental health and men’s mental health. I also provide assessment for ADHD, ASD, and cognitive assessment.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and aspects of Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I work flexibly, adapting interventions to suit each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.
