I am an accredited Social Worker and Clinical Resource Therapist with more than a decade of experience across government, community and specialist clinical settings.
I have additional specialised training in EMDR, Resource Therapy, DBT and ACT. I work with individuals impacted by PTSD, Complex PTSD, single-incident trauma, attachment and relational trauma, sexual assault, family violence, and childhood abuse. In addition, I have a special interest in working with individuals with chronic and complex medical diagnosis’ such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTs, ME/CFS.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, respect and genuine human connection. Rather than
assuming what support should look like, we work with you to understand what feels helpful, what does not and what may need to change along the way. Your feedback, preferences, boundaries and pace are an important part of the process.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. Your first step can be as simple as booking an
appointment or sending a question.
