About
Therapy unique to you. As an Integrative therapist, I’m trained and experienced in a range of well-researched therapy styles. I take great care to truly understand and respect your individuality and unique experience and tailor an approach to suit your needs and preferences. I find out how you want to work together so you feel heard, seen and valued, always supported and where you'd find it helpful, challenged with care and from the basis of a trusting relationship. We always work at your pace. You'll know I believe in you and you can be your real self without judgement or expectation.
My special interests are anxiety, panic, relationship difficulties, grief & loss, life transitions, ADHD, and high sensitivity, but I don't limit my work to these areas. I've worked with clients with a huge range of problems. My greatest interest is creating a safe, supportive, healing space to help clients explore and move through their difficulties.
Whatever brings you to therapy, there is hope. I can help you find a way through. Whether you're living with neurodiversity, experiencing a new or ongoing challenge, past experiences are haunting and holding you back, or life just isn't going as you'd hoped, I can help you navigate your way to feeling better, more hopeful, and whole.
