Trauma healing is at the heart of what I do. I’ve worked closely with those who’ve been through sexual assault, family violence, and high-stress roles like first responders. I also support individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes like divorce, career transitions, or retirement.
Together, we can work towards a deeper understanding of your emotions, help you reconnect with your nervous system, and foster healthy relationships with clear boundaries. My goal is to empower you with greater self-awareness and guide you through your unique journey to well-being.
I am passionate about body-centred therapy and nervous system awareness I help individuals create space for their trauma, reclaim their stories, and heal in ways that are true to who they are. I believe in creating a therapeutic space that honours diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Well-being is deeply personal and can be nurtured in various ways. I bring a range of skills to the table and approach our work together with collaboration, intuition, creativity, and curiosity.
I offer trauma processing modalities DBR and EMDR along with CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and somatic experiencing.
