Drawing on over 20 years of experience in health care, Wendy has particular interest in health - related psychology including preparing, adjusting and rehabilitation from illness, injury, and surgical procedures and supporting clients living with chronic health conditions and those in caregiving roles.
Wendy practices within an evidence-based framework including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), CBT-E (eating disorders), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Metacognitive Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention (OCD) and Mindfulness.
