My practice is focussed on listening to your thoughts, anxieties, wishes, dreams, deep sadnesses, regrets and interpersonal issues. Helping to understand and accept ourselves and find ways of moving forward and remaining connected to those we love even through conflict.
I help you to understand how you became the unique individual that you are, and to find your strengths and own personal wisdom to help yourself and learn to be able to accept love and to love in return despite ruptures and difficulties and fears in interpersonal relationships. Many of our problems stem from our sense of or lack of security as a child.
I strive to understand your personal experience and honour that, and endeavour to respect your personal integrity whilst gently exploring alongside you to encourage you to look inside.
