Paula Garrido is a trained couple's therapist, and I offer a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for couples and relationship structures of all kinds to feel seen, heard, and supported. As a kink-positive and LGBTQIA+ supportive therapist, I support clients in exploring their relationships, identities, and experiences in a way that feels safe and validating. I also work with couples navigating differing values, including those shaped by religious or cultural beliefs, offering a balanced and compassionate approach.
I am a clinical psychologist that is Gottman-trained, hold a Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling (Couple and Family Therapy), and am a Prepare/Enrich Accredited Facilitator. I support couples facing a range of challenges, including communication difficulties, conflict, trust, intimacy, and life transitions.
