My approach to counselling and helping people is based on the person-centered approach developed so well by Carl Rogers. Every session is focused on you the person and your needs. There is no judgment or expectation but rather positive acceptance and strong empathy and compassion. Various therapies will be implemented like CBT and Strengths-based methods.
Together we will discover what lies beneath your pain and why the layers of frustration, fear, anger, and anxiety exist.
