I work with all ages and faces in beautiful spaces. I want you to get a lot out of therapy, not just a bandaid or another set of textbook rules/strategies to get by, but a way of life that is deeply congruent and satisfying to who you truly are, as well as your own portable home of what I call the 7 Friends of Universal Human Needs: Safety, Support, Truth, Freedom/Creative Expression, Value and Worth, Beauty, and Vibrant Connection to All of Life.
Grounded in research and practice-based evidence and deep care, I tailor my approach to your needs and style. Together we tend to the depths of your being, doing, thinking, felt-sensing and relating; tenderly, playfully and/or fiercely. Herein we cultivate greater choice, clarity and vitality. We practice the art of belonging to our vibrant self and world.
Hard work can bring the most FUN. I endeavour to make therapy enjoyable to even the least "arty" or “touchy-feely”. I value authenticity, and I appreciate differences between us as good medicine.
