Rachel’s approach to treatment is trauma informed, warm, and non-judgemental. She ensures compassionate, empathetic care, regardless of presentation or concern. Rachel enjoys working with clients across the life span, delivering both individual and group-based therapy. She has previous experience working in both education and private practice settings.

Samantha is a psychologist at the Australian Institute for Human Wellness. In her clinical work, Samantha takes an empathetic, open-minded and flexible approach to work collaboratively with each client’s individual needs, concerns and goals. Samantha has completed both her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. Samantha is also currently completing her PhD on the impact of trauma on eating behaviours and obesity.

Rebecca is a registered psychologist who completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours at the Australian Catholic University (ACU) and a Master of Clinical Psychology at University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Rebecca adopts a warm, collaborative and trauma-informed approach to empower individuals to enact meaningful change in their life. Rebecca enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan, who may be experiencing mood or anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, relationship/attachment difficulties, difficulties with emotion regulation or those navigating significant life stressors.

Leonie has lived in the local area her whole life and has been practicing in Matraville for over 20 years. Leonie holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Sydney University, is AHPRA, NDIS and SIRA accredited. Through her career Leonie has assisted patients of virtually every cultural background and believes the diversity of her patients has led to her skill and strength as a practitioner.

A little about me.. I describe myself as a warm and thoughtful clinician that values collaborative work in therapy. I have a deep curiosity for human behaviour and particular interests in anxiety and anxiety-related disorders. I have worked closely with adolescents and adults of various clinical presentations and in diverse practical settings ranging from public schools to correctional facilities.
