Hello, I’m Mia. I am a clinical psychology registrar at Headway Psychology. In my work, I aim to engage my clients with authenticity, warmth, and attentiveness. I believe in taking an explorative approach with my clients to collaboratively shape the nature and direction of therapy. In this, we will work together to explore the many aspects of your life and history that may be contributing to your experiences and difficulties.

Kylie is well known for her holistic, down-to-earth and non-judgemental style. She has worked with clients across the developmental spectrum, using evidence-based approaches to support those impacted by anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, autism, and ADHD. She also enjoys supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Kylie has particular interests in helping individuals navigate difficult life transitions, adapt following diagnosis/illness, manage professional pressures; improve performance, and embed healthy lifestyle habits (e.g. movement, mindful awareness, sleep). Kylie has further qualifications in fitness and executive coaching.

As a mature person I have the benefit of my own life experience as well as my many years of professional practice that I can draw upon. This has enabled me to help many people to improve the quality of their lives and their relationships and to cope with and overcome the traumas and challenges that life eventually presents to all of us.

Jacqui is a Clinical Psychologist, with over 12 years’ experience in private practice. She offers a warm, compassionate and trusting space for clients to explore their challenges. Jacqui has extensive experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more (see below). She is particularly passionate about building her clients’ curiosity and self-awareness. Jacqui has the deepest respect for her clients and holds the belief that everyone deserves to have a meaningful and fulfilling life. Jacqui welcomes adult clients and she is here to help you with all aspects of mental health and wellbeing.

Our practice offers a broad range of services including assessment and therapy for individuals, couples, children, families, workplaces and groups. We offer treatment for a wide range of mental health issues including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, stress/anger management, grief, addictive behaviours, self-esteem, relationship problems, sleeping problems, child behavioural and emotional problems, pain management and resilience. Our goal is to ensure the highest standard of evidenced based psychological intervention, psychometric testing and assessment.
