I’m a Trauma Therapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 17 years’ experience working with people navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I offer a warm, trauma-informed approach using evidence-based, somatic interventions and trauma-informed therapies and other psychological strategies.
