My ideal clients are teens, adults and new parents who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected within themselves. They may be navigating anxiety, past trauma, emotional ups and downs, or simply feeling like they've lost their sense of calm and direction. They are open (even a little unsure) to looking inward and are seeking a safe, supportive space where they can be seen, heard, and understood without judgement. Clients often come to me when life feels heavy or confusing - when they are tired of just getting by and are ready for something to shift.
I support my clients by creating a calm, safe space where they can gently explore their thoughts, emotions and body responses. Using trauma-informed and somatic approaches, we work together to build awareness, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with their inner sense of safety and confidence.
