I typically work with people who lead full and busy lives who often feel burnt out and exhausted, looking to find a way back to flourishing and wellbeing. I also work with people who are going through relationship challenges of all shapes and sizes, and people who wish to break free from old, limiting childhood patterns that keep showing up to hinder their full potential. My hope is that clients who work with me are reconnected to their deepest sense of who they are, to their strengths, gifts, and their capacity to love themselves and their lives. I work with individuals and couples.

Nature Based Therapy offers an alternative to regular indoor counseling, for those who find the idea of stepping into a counselling office daunting, or for those who simply love spending time in nature. Whether you are feeling down, stressed, anxious, depressed, or experiencing grief, change or any other challenge life has dealt you, having a qualified counsellor to talk it out with can help, and so can spending time in nature. Meeting in nature provides a peaceful setting to calm the body and mind, making it easier to explore whatever challenges you are experiencing and find a clearer perspective and positive outlook.

Self Esteem Counsellors
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum.
