My work goes beyond managing symptoms, specifically exploring the deeper patterns, core vulnerabilities and root issues that shape how you feel, relate and cope. With over 17 years’ experience, my approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, evidence-based and relational, with a focus on meaningful and long-term change. I also provide clinical supervision, training and lecturing. I am currently doing my PhD in Adult Attachment Theory focusing on secure attachment.
