As a genderqueer, ace-spectrum, and neurodivergent person, I am passionate about supporting other members of my community. If you are neurodivergent, disabled or chronically ill, queer and/or trans, poly/non-monogamous, or engage in kink/BDSM community I would love to support you in therapy. I used my lived experience to bring understanding, empathy and patience to our work together. I welcome people with marginalised experiences and want to create a space where it is ok for you to be your unmasked self.

I approach therapy as a relationship first, and I'm not afraid to be ‘in it’ alongside you - whatever that looks like for you. I've worked in counselling and peer support with LGBTIQA+ and neurodivergent adults of all ages, and I'm especially passionate about supporting trans and gender diverse people navigating grief and loss, suicidality, trauma, disability and chronic illness, and autism and other experiences of neurodivergence.

My ideal client seeks transformation beyond conventional therapy. They often face trauma, anxiety, depression, or transitions, and may feel disconnected from their body. I enjoy working in-depth with people to work towards addressing the root cause of where they are stuck. This may involve psychedelic integration work, somatic work, parts work - or simply be a process of ongoing and earnest reflection. My approach is about supporting people to deepen their own self-understanding - whether as a seeker looking for spiritual connection, or to address their mental health - our work together is about deep introspection.

You’re self-aware and reflective, but life still feels heavy. Anxiety, panic, low motivation, or past trauma may be getting in the way. You try to connect with others but often withdraw or react in ways that leave you feeling ashamed or misunderstood. Even rest doesn't feel restful. Deep down, you sense that something isn’t right. You’re not broken...you’re just stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You want to feel calm, clear, and connected again, and to start living with more confidence and ease.

I'm a person-centred psychologist, passionate about helping people overcome a wide variety life challenges. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy, trusting in each person’s capacity to grow and become their best selves. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach to my practice, meaning I see neurodivergent conditions such as Autism and ADHD as being brain differences, not deficits. I enjoy helping later diagnosed/identifying neurodivergent people overcome the challenges and burnout of living in a neurotypical world.

My clients often feel too complex for mainstream services. They may be living with chronic illness, disability, or neurodivergence; be LGBTQIA+; be older adults navigating major transitions; or parents carrying their own health challenges. What they share is a readiness for support that sees the whole person — not just a diagnosis — and moves at their pace.

I am a specialist in online therapy, and am based in Australia and SouthEast Asia. Nobody comes to see a psychotherapist (and pays the therapist good money) unless they want something to change in their lives. My job is to help clients to identify what's in need of changing, and working with them to find the best way to make the changes.

Psychosis Therapists
What’s the most effective treatment for psychosis?
The most effective treatment for psychosis is coordinated specialty care. In this model, a team of professionals works with a patient to address all aspects of the underlying disorder. This approach incorporates individual or group therapy, employment and education support, family support and education, medication management (which often involves low doses of antipsychotics), and case management to facilitate problem-solving as needed.

When should people seek treatment for psychosis?
People should seek immediate treatment at the earliest indication of psychosis. Symptoms include delusions, hallucinations, disorganized or blocked speech, and agitated body movements. Early signs that a person may be developing a disorder that will lead to psychosis include suspiciousness of others, memory problems and distractibility, an inability to think clearly, rapid or nonsensical speech, withdrawal from friends or family, aggression toward others, and sensitivity to bright lights or noises.

What if psychosis is left untreated?
Without treatment, psychosis can have significant repercussions, including injuries, job loss, homelessness, financial or legal trouble, ruptured relationships, and suffering for the person and their family. While early treatment for psychosis often yields the best results, there is no point past which it becomes useless to seek treatment. At any point, treatment can make a difference.

How do I get someone else to seek treatment for psychosis?
It’s extremely difficult to watch a loved one suffer from hallucinations, delusions, and other elements of psychosis—sometimes exacerbated by their fears of treatment. Have a conversation with them in a quiet space and maintain a calm, supportive tone. Share your concerns about behaviors you’ve observed, suggest treatment, and explain the potential benefits. Listen carefully to their responses. The person may not be ready after one conversation, but with time, they may come around.
