If you have anxiety or depression symptoms, anger or hurt, I have been working beside people who want to manage and reduce these issues since the 20th century. I'll do my best to give you tools to use right from your first visit. If you are in a remote area I can provide sessions via Signal/Zoom. I know a lot about family and domestic violence and how people can come back from what happened to them or even from what they did to others.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of therapy conducted online?

The ability for psychiatrists to prescribe medications through online therapy varies based on the medication and the states where the medical professional and client are located.
