Navigating a world that feels misaligned with your way of thinking can be exhausting. Whether you are managing the complexities of neurodivergence (Autism/ADHD) or the weight of anxiety, depression and trauma, the pressure to simply 'function' leaves little room for your true self. You may find yourself struggling with emotional dysregulation or questioning your identity while managing the demands of daily life. You deserve a space where your experiences aren't just diagnosed, where the goal isn't to be 'fixed', but to develop a way of living that feels authentic, manageable, and grounded in your unique strengths.

I feel especially drawn to working with deep thinkers, sensitive souls, and the so-called “black sheep”—those who often feel like outsiders, yet carry profound insight and depth. I aim to create a therapeutic space that’s collaborative, curious, and grounded in presence, where all parts of you are welcome and nothing needs to be performed. I focus on areas such as chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and personal and spiritual growth. I have a particular interest in men’s wellbeing and creating safe, supportive spaces for men to explore their emotional health, as well as women, teens, and couples.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or navigating change — whether you’re a young person finding your place, a woman juggling multiple roles, or someone simply needing space to breathe and make sense of things. Many of the people I work with are managing stress, identity shifts, neurodiversity, relationships, emotional wellbeing or that quiet sense that something isn’t quite right. Often, they’re not looking to be “fixed” — they want understanding, clarity and practical ways to feel more like themselves again.

I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been holding things together on the surface but something underneath isn’t working — in your relationships, your direction, or how you’re actually feeling — this is a place to actually work through it.
If you’ve tried therapy before and felt like it didn’t go anywhere, you’re not alone. A lot of people come to me after feeling stuck in conversations that didn’t lead to change.
My approach is active, practical, and focused on helping you understand what’s happening — and what to do next.

FAQ - About Family Therapy
What do family therapists do?
A family therapist facilitates the process of understanding and improving how a family functions. The therapist will help family members develop empathy for one another. They’ll seek to understand existing patterns, misunderstandings, and conflicts that arise, in order to help the family arrive at a realistic, unified understanding and develop the coping skills they need to build stronger relationships.
How long does therapy for families take to work?
Therapy manifests differently in every family; a common time frame is 12 weekly sessions, but some families may see improvement after just a few weeks. Families should discuss their goals with the therapist at the beginning of the process and periodically revisit those goals to assess their progress together.
How can you encourage a family member to attend family therapy?
You can encourage family members to attend therapy by expressing with both love and concern the challenges you see and explaining how a therapist could help the family navigate those challenges together. An outside perspective can help everyone feel heard, get on the same page, and develop new skills. If family members are still hesitant, it may be helpful to emphasize that family therapy is short-term—it won’t last forever.
Is therapy for families effective?
Family therapy can significantly improve family dynamics and relationships. Research suggests that family therapy can help individuals understand their role in the family, communicate and solve problems together, reduce conflict and draw boundaries when necessary, and develop coping skills for stressors, major life changes, and mental or physical illnesses within the family.
