I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience providing counselling and therapy to adults and adolescents. My approach is client-centred, placing strong value on the therapeutic relationship as a space where it is safe to laugh and cry, while learning how to respond differently to yourself and to others. Every person is unique and every situation is unique, so I utilise a variety of evidence-based therapies, tailoring therapy to you and your needs.

Many of us have found ourselves stuck in difficult relationship dynamics—whether with family,  partner, friend, or at work. Over time, these experiences can chip away at our sense of self. We may start to question who we are, silencing our needs, people-pleasing, or shutting down just to keep the peace. This is especially true if these patterns began in childhood. Left unaddressed, they can lead to feelings of anxiety, low self-worth, chronic stress, or even symptoms of trauma such as PTSD or complex PTSD. Research suggests that a significant number of people will be exposed to narcissistic behaviours at some point in their lives.

My approach combines Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT and other techniques that help to process our experiences, make sense and meaning of our lives and move forward in being able to manage the challenges that come our way.
As a Psychologist, I passionately believe that we as humans already hold the potential and resilience to be able to heal ourselves. I will work with you in a holistic and judgement-free way for you to be able to build upon your skills to be able to cope with the challenges that life presents to us. This is your journey, and I will be your guide. I have experience working with vulnerable populations within Government sectors of Disability Royal Commission, Child Protective Services and also Corrective Services, where I supported individuals with neurodiversity, couples and families, in addition to people experiencing addiction.
