I specialise in relationship, trauma and crisis work especially involving anxiety, depression and loss of purpose, as well as counselling services for couples, parents and teens, men’s work, breathwork and trauma release, and integrating mindfulness practices and meditation for everyday quality of life.
I have years of working with couples, individuals and families (including FIFO) to bring clarity and a fresh and hopeful perspective as well as real, actual tangible changes in quality of life and deeper relationships.
