I am here to help you heal from your trauma (PTSD or CPTSD), narcissistic abuse, betrayal trauma and relationship break down. While life is not always fair, can work and focus on your own self-improvement and identify areas in your life that we can improve. Together we can look at goals, and we can achieve a fulfilling and wholesome life.
I am client centered and use an attachment-based approach focusing on emotions and how we can identify our emotions to better regulate our emotions. Modalities include CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narritive.
In my personal life I have dealt with bereavement, losing my husband to cancer and raising two beautiful children on my own. Life can feel scary when you feel a lack of support, but you are not alone; I can help you. Let's start this journey of healing together.
