I have over 20 years’ experience as psychotherapist, working with Individuals, couples, families and teens, and in corporate and organisational coaching and psychology. I am also a Clinical Supervisor. I hope to support clients to develop greater self awareness and the practical strategies and tools to create positive changes and to better deal with individual, relationship and life challenges. I have training in EMDR modality, Somatic therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Attachment based therapy and Strengths based and Positive Psychology and will adapt an approach to suit your needs.
I have special interest in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, family violence, complex trauma and PTSD, health related issues, relationship issues (family and couple), and those wanting to explore expanded states of consciousness and existential questions.
I hope to create a safe space from which clients can heal from the suffering they carry with them, understand and release old painful patterns, and to support clients to explore, build and grow their strengths and create the life they want to live. I have also studied and practiced Buddhist meditation over many years and run regular retreats and workshops.
