I thrive on helping people improve the quality of their lives by better managing their mental health. Maybe you have always struggled with things like worry, stress, change or low mood. I am a registered Psychologist with 10+ years experience working across both private practice and leadership roles in private and public sector. I work with individuals to understand their challenges and develop strategies from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This includes Acceptance and Committment Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and CBT
I am very collaborative in my approach. We will work together on a process of discovery to understand what the issue is, what has caused it and any barriers that have prevented you from resolving it. I create a safe and supportive space to facilitate understanding and connection, and where you are empowered to achieve real improvement and growth.
