I'm a psychologist with particular experience in Autism, ADHD and AuDHD, but my work isn't limited to neurodivergence. I work with adults who want to understand themselves more clearly — their patterns, relationships, emotions and experiences — and have more choice about what they do next.
We start with what's happening for you. From there, I draw on psychological approaches according to what is useful, rather than trying to fit you into a predetermined model. Sometimes that means regulation and practical strategies. Sometimes it means looking more closely at the experiences, assumptions or patterns underneath what is happening.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a place to make sense of the pieces, including the ones that seem contradictory. You can be highly capable and struggling, rational and deeply intuitive. If something doesn't quite add up, we can get curious about it together.
