Trauma is a deeply personal and complex experience. Often, you may find yourself feeling stuck or unable to move past your trauma. You might feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, afraid, and/or angry. Trauma can be a deeply isolating experience, and it's not uncommon for you to feel like no one else can truly understand what you are going through.
