), Compassion-based approaches, Mindfulness, Depth Psychology principles and Trauma informed care.
Catherine seeks to understand her client’s experiences and their reasons for seeking therapy. She works collaboratively with her clients to support them to develop a greater connection to, and compassion for, all aspects of themselves. The importance of establishing trusting, compassionate and curious relationships with her clients is the bedrock of Catherine’s practice. Rather than viewing her clients’ challenges as ‘problems to be fixed’, Catherine provides her clients a safe space within which to heal unresolved emotional wounds and discover new and exciting ways of relating and being in the world.
