Choosing a psychologist is a big decision, and I suspect you've thought about this for a while. You know that therapy is an investment in yourself, and you don't make investments without doing your research. You are looking for someone you feel safe and comfortable sharing your most difficult thoughts and feelings with. You want someone to listen carefully, to respect you and your experience and to be invested in your goals providing support that is specifically tailored to who you are (otherwise you'd just be buying a self-help book). That's what you deserve!

Hi, I’m Jessica. I am a psychologist, a mother, neurodivergent, and a flower lover. I have been described as having a quiet confidence, calming vibe, and quirky persona. I aim to be authentic and unmasked in our interactions together so that you feel comfortable to be yourself. I am passionate about holding space for those who need it. My driving force is to be the psychologist who I would want to support my own loved ones. I believe each client is special, worthy of connection, and that their story deserves to be heard. My approach is never to fix. It is to support.

Welcome! Finding the right psychologist can be a daunting process- especially if you have experienced trauma in the past. I want to acknowledge how much courage it takes to even begin the search. I would describe myself as a passionate and dedicated clinical psychologist who brings warmth, authenticity, and genuine care into the therapy space. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-based perspective. This means I deeply understand how our past experiences shape our current relationships, emotions, health, and sense of self.

Imagine feeling truly understood, supported, and empowered to create the life you want. My ideal client is someone navigating the challenges of trauma, ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed), or the ripple effects of difficult relationships. Perhaps you’re struggling to manage overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck in self-doubt, or finding it hard to focus on your goals. You might be seeking clarity in your relationships, striving for confidence in your decisions, or simply wanting to feel more in control of your life. I get it—it can feel exhausting to carry these struggles on your own.

Our emotions tell a story, they direct our actions. But unless we are aware of how they influence what we do, they can often get in the way. Lou invites you to listen not only to the story that comes from your head, but also to what your body has to say. Developing greater awareness of your emotional experience and the skills to manage it can be the springboard to creating healthier relationships with self and others, and lead to a more productive life.

I am a Psychologist that understands that life can come with its share of challenges. During times of change, we often find ourselves navigating through a mix of emotions—loneliness, anxiety, and sadness can feel overwhelming. These experiences are something we all share, creating a connection among us, despite our differences. It’s so important to cultivate a safe space where we can express ourselves freely, feel heard, accepted, and supported through difficult times. I believe that counseling can be a powerful way to experience care and compassion. It’s a journey of healing, where we can explore hope and understanding.
