My counselling client focus is adult women. There are so many issues women carry, from struggling with relationships with partners, family, friends or children, through to managing difficult situations both at work or at home. Sometimes this can manifest as anxiety or low mood or a sense of feeling stuck. We often feel like we are the glue keeping everything together but sometimes we just need to be heard and understood without judgement. Sometimes we need support and a sounding board to work towards healthy changes.
