A seeker on the spiritual journey or someone who feels stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by past trauma or life challenges. They long for clarity, healing, and a sense of wholeness but are unsure of how to get there. They seek a safe, compassionate space where they can express and feel heard. Their goal is to experience life with ease, to live in the present moment, and to find peace by embracing their natural state.

I also have an interest in supporting neurodivergent adults who have been late-diagnosed or who self-identify with ADHD, AuDHD, or Autism.
In consideration of your needs, I draw upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindful self-compassion, and mind-body approaches such as parts work and somatic practices for helping to regulate the nervous system and process emotions.
