I am trauma-informed and address a range of personal difficulties including chronic illness, autoimmune, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relationships and addiction. Healing is a result of feeling safe, empowered and supported.

I am a registered clinical counsellor and art therapist with over 15 years in public and private practice in Melbourne. I have a passion for working with children and families, where I create a healing space and where I can enable clients to explore and understand the experience or events that are troubling them. I can help clients to feel empowered and improve their wellbeing.

Shraevani has over 25 years’ experience in clinical mental health as a clinician and as a leader. She has worked in public health and as a private practitioner. She has a practical and compassionate approach to therapy. Shraevani is trained in a number of evidence based therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, CBT – cognitive behaviour therapy, EMDR – eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy, MBCT – Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, SFT – Solution Focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, EFT and Systems. She provides therapy for relationship problems/difficulties, anxiety, depression and other life stresses.

For 20 years, Toula has had the opportunity of working with people who have maintained a commitment to their wellbeing by addressing challenging issues in their lives. Toula has had extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, adults and families across a range of settings including public mental health, school setting, Relationships Australia and private practice. Toula maintains a wholistic approach and believes that individuals and families are the experts of their own lives and values their contribution in counselling.
